Committees are open to anyone who wants to make a difference!
GOVERNANCE

This committee is responsible for reviewing the governance structures and practices of the association as well as legislative priorities and making recommendations to the Board of Directors.
EDUCATION
Sub Committee- Meetings and Seminars
Sub Committee- Education Conference & Expo
Sub Committee – Lyceum Program
This committee is involved in scheduling and creating an educational agenda for the Apartment Association’s membership.
EVENTS AND FUNDRAISING

This committee is responsible for planning and scheduling association events and all fundraising activities.
INDEPENDENT RENTAL OWNERS (IRO)
This committee creates an annual series of topics and speakers that promotes the goodwill of smaller rental owners. These topics tackle concerns and issues that the independent rental owners have that are unique to them.
VENDOR COMMITTEE
This product service based committee (VENDOR) is comprised of Product Service Company Representatives and their employees, who are considered to be a part of this committee.
This committee looks at networking ideas which promote and encourage owner/vendor relationships.

The Membership Committee is responsible for the recruitment and retention of members and supports membership activities that promote the benefits of membership.
